Have you ever been troubled by Paypal's identity verification not progressing?
I didn't get through the identity verification at all for the following two reasons. .
1. English notation of personal name is ×
No way, I typed my name in English like “Hiro ○○○”, so the identity verification did not proceed.
It makes no sense in this day and age. . I wanted them to write at least a note. .
2. Camera authentication freezes and does not proceed

Please be assured that Japanese is also OK.
