Terms and Conditions of Free Night Award "Be My Guest" Voucher (Voucher)

• Voucher redeemable only at Hilton Hotels & Resorts (HH&R) branded hotels. Cardmembers can only redeem their vouchers at HH&R branded hotels worldwide. Eligible brands are listed on the voucher.
• Vouchers can only be used once and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Voucher is only applicable for 1 standard room with Simple Stay Plan. It cannot be used for package plans with benefits. Voucher is applied to one night's room rate inclusive of tax. Applies to maximum occupancy of 1 standard room only.
• Cardholders using vouchers do not need to communicate that they are using the voucher at the time of booking.
• Vouchers are not valid on New Year's Eve (31 December). There are no other blackout dates.
• The voucher can only be used for accommodation by the basic card member.
• If you do not present the voucher or if you book an ineligible room type or rate plan, you will be charged the normal room rate.
