Return refused!!

I called 0120-993-993 for customer support and applied for a return, but the return was not accepted.

 

It arrived on June 2, 2021 and I filed a return request on June 16, 2021.

 

I'm hoping to return the item within 2 weeks of the arrival of the item ...

 

Apple's (customer support) statement is as follows

 

 

🍎Apple: The customer is registered with Yamato's tracking service, which was delivered at 11:37 on June 1, 2021. We are very sorry, but we cannot accept returns because it is one day late.

But the delivered June 2, 2021 is displayed on your site in large size, right?

 

🍎Apple: However, since it was registered with the tracking service of Kuroneko which was delivered on 6/1 ... Probably, because the information is registered based on the US time standard, it will be at 11:37 Japan time on June 1, 2021. It is probable that the information received was determined by Apple in the United States to be June 2, 2021.

 

Me:So does that mean I can't return it?

Rather than making Apple's impression worse, I was saddened by the Japanese customer service response.

n fact, when I lived in the United States for three years, I was taken care of by Apple many times, and I was amazed at the quality of the Apple staff in the United States.

 

In the United States, there are many purchases from Amazon, but the return procedure is extremely smooth.

 

The United States is tolerant of returns in a good way, so it's safe to assume that such a trivial problem is unlikely.

 

This experience made me a little sad about Apple Customer Service in Japan, so I would like to share it with the hope that you do not want the same thing to happen.

 

I do not say that it is bad to work according to the manual, but I would like you to respond flexibly as it can be trusted by trivial matters.
